HIRO Performance accepts the following Payment Methods:
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state of Florida. Therefore, all orders shipping within Florida will be charged the applicable sales tax.
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact us during business hours to change your order.
HIRO Performance is bound by certain trade restrictions, so it is necessary that we know the country of ultimate destination and recipient for shipments. All commodities, technology, or software are exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. HIRO Performance will not provide any export documents or export related documents for shipments not being exported from a HIRO Performance location and partner. HIRO Performance will not complete NAFTA or AUSFTA documents.
Hiro Performance offers a 1-Year warranty an all our products which covers manufacturer defects.
Off-Road Use ONLY Products and Emissions Regulation
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by HIRO Performance are RACE ONLY and are solely for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off- road use, may be in violation of local, state, and Federal laws. HIRO Performance does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer.
These items are controlled by the U.S. Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s), herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.
Backorders and Discontinued Parts
Some parts are made to order and may ship a few weeks later. Some parts could be discontinued without notice. Feel free to contact us prior to purchase to check the shipping times and availability.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, HIRO Performance shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. HIRO Performance shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, HIRO Performance shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. HIRO Performance reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. HIRO Performance reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Any customer information including any email addresses received by HIRO Performance will only be used in connection with your order, and will not be sold, or transferred to any third party. Periodically, HIRO Performance may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter, if for any reason you do not wish to receive email communications from Tuner Store, then you may send an email with "remove from email list" in the subject, and you will not receive any further email communications from us.
Whether you are placing an order by phone or the INTERNET, security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the INTERNET or by phone, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.
Prices are always subject to change without notice, and pricing errors are not the responsibility of HIRO performance. If a pricing error occurs, we will either refund the order in full, or give the customer the option to pay the difference. Price match request must be made BEFORE the order is placed we do not match or discount orders after they are made.
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. HIRO Performance is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, or natural disasters/phenomenon. All products are intended for off road uses only, and should be used for their intended purposes only.
HIRO Performance does not take responsibility of the buyer's installation, modification, and extreme wear of the products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. HIRO Performance is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles.
HIRO Performance does not provide any discounts or cover any shop labor costs or expenses.
HIRO Performance coilovers do not come with any bypass modules for models equipped with air or electronically controlled suspensions. In most cases the suspension error codes can be removed with the professional/factory car manufacturer software/equipment, but we cannot guarantee that it can be 100% reprogrammed.
The installer also needs to reuse some factory small parts, like bolts, nuts, bushings, top mounts etc. (depending on the application). Alignment needs to be done after 50-100 miles when you install the coilovers.
